Website Development & Technical Updates

  • Website is being built with pages on staging, ready for design implementation and content migration using Blockly
  • Documentation website is live with all docs and planning materials, hosted on Cloudflare with access policy protection
  • Deployment issues exist with Lagoon setup - Docker compose files and generated Docker files need corrections
  • Website deployment attempted during meeting; resolution pending
  • Team worked until 3:30 AM on website buildout

Marketing & Promotion Strategy

  • Adding keynote/featured speakers and compiling testimonials list for promotional materials
  • Social media design materials in progress
  • Discussed adding call-to-action encouraging community members to join organization
  • Exploring marketing automation tools for better campaign management

Event Planning

  • Planning Drupal in a Day event for September with in-person format
  • Strategy to pair event with AI Week to create engagement pathway
  • Participants from Drupal in a Day would receive tickets to attend one day of Drupal Mountain Camp
  • Strong contacts established with University of Cours
  • Workshop attendees would be invited to hackathon to create continuous engagement path

Community Organization & Outreach

  • Drupal CH positioned as home platform for entire Swiss Drupal community
  • Will promote various initiatives including Splash Awards, Mountain Camp, and Drupal in a Day
  • Discussed target audience alignment between Drupal CH and Mountain Camp marketing channels
  • Plan to recruit regional ambassadors for Romandie, Bern, and Zurich to expand reach

Tools & Automation

  • Moving from Campaign Monitor to Mautic for CRM and contact management
  • Exploring agent integration in workflows with Slack integration
  • Agents being tested for various functions: defining user journeys, research, maintaining contacts, and CRM integration
  • Mautic-focused meetup planned for May to support tool adoption

Meeting Cadence & Project Management
